H.O.P.E. Farm Scholarship

Background:

The H.O.P.E. Farm Scholarship is an award provided for youth who have completed the H.O.P.E. Farm program and is renewable for up to four years at the discretion of the scholarship committee

Amount:

The number of scholarships and the amount awarded shall be at the discretion of H.O.P.E. Farm.

Funds may be used for:

Tuition, fees and books.

Geographic limitations:

Fort Worth ISD Schools – Fort Worth, TX

Eligibility:

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
  • Completion of the H.O.P.E. Farm program
  • Active within the community
  • Established financial need
  • In addition to the application, three letters of recommendation must be submitted

Deadline:

The deadline is determined by the H.O.P.E. Farm scholarship committee. Please ask H.O.P.E. Farm for further details.

Renewals:

Renewal criteria include earning a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA, maintaining appropriate conduct and providing any additional information the scholarship committee requires.

Students wishing to renew must send The Community Foundation a letter of request, along with a current certified transcript, for committee review within two weeks of the close of the spring semester.

Once the scholarship has been renewed, the student must send The Community Foundation an updated award acceptance form.

How to apply:

The application is available in the H.O.P.E. Farm Office. After completing the application, turn it in to Mr. Gary Randle in the H.O.P.E. Farm Office.
